Originalartgift is committed to delivering high-quality printing services that meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds of our printing services and products.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a printed product that does not meet our quality standards or differs significantly from what was agreed upon, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include reprinting the order at no additional cost or providing a full or partial refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and unaltered
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part
- Custom or personalized items may have different return conditions
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom-designed items that were approved by the customer before printing
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Digital products or services that have been delivered
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless otherwise stated)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@originalartgift.world or through our contact page within 7 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Include photographs of the product if applicable
- Wait for our response and return authorization
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return address (if applicable)
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or specification, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new item has a higher price. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the damage when possible.
Print Errors
If there is an error in the printing that was caused by us (such as incorrect colors, misalignment, or missing elements), we will reprint the order at no additional cost. If the error was due to incorrect information provided by the customer, reprinting may incur additional charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, and a partial refund may be offered depending on the stage of production. Custom orders that have been approved and are in production cannot typically be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. If you are returning an item due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days after approval, please check your payment account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
